On the territory of New Orleans, local bandits are operating in one of the districts, which makes it very dangerous to be here. Clashes are constantly taking place between criminal gangs, which often causes bloodshed and civilians to suffer. The whole area is in fear and it seems that there will be no enlightenment in this situation. This could have gone on for a very long time, until a stranger named Ryan Hong appeared in the area. He has special knowledge in tactical combat, which was taught to him by his teacher Tiano. He creates situations as a result of which both groups turn against each other – it remains only to wait for the intensity of the confrontation and then it will be possible to strike a decisive blow.<br />

Over time, life in the district begins to improve, and people finally feel their importance and independence. But Ryan will have to face the corrupt sheriff of the local police, who decides to stand in the way of a selfless fighter for justice. Initially, the sheriff is impressed by the stranger's skill, but gradually he realizes that Ryan poses a serious threat to himself, and as a result of his actions, the authority of the "brave" lawman may suffer. Now the struggle takes on a completely different connotation – if earlier the opposing sides were represented by ordinary people, now it is a battle with established rules and faith in the future. And it seems that only a stranger can restore justice...<br />
